Scott Duda Earns CPA License

MPB is pleased to announce that Scott Duda has earned his license as a Certified Public Accountant in Pennsylvania.

Scott is a Senior Accountant at the firm and has over five years of experience in the profession, specializing in tax preparation for individuals, corporations, and partnerships as well as the audits of government and non-profit organizations.

He’s a graduate of Edinboro University of PA where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a tri-concentration of Accounting, Personal Financial Planning and Finance, with a Minor in Economics, summa cum laude. He’s a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Scott also serves as a Board Member and Treasurer for the Corporate Governing Board of Creating Landscapes Learning Center Inc.

The CPA license is the accounting profession’s highest standard of competence and requires advanced knowledge in the areas of Audit & Attestation, Business Environment & Concepts, Financial Accounting and Reporting, and Regulation. It’s a symbol of achievement and assurance of quality.
