Debbie is a Senior Manager at McGill, Power, Bell & Associates, LLP. She joined the firm in 2006. She is part of the firm's Not-for-Profit and Governmental Services Group and brings over 18 years of extensive experience in providing audit, tax, and consulting services to a diverse range of not-for-profit and governmental organizations.

In addition to her professional responsibilities, Debbie actively contributes to her community. She currently serves on the finance committee of the Tamarack Wildlife Center and is the Vice President of Finance and Treasurer on the Board of Directors of the Erie Philharmonic. Additionally, she has previously held the position of Treasurer for the General McLane Boys Soccer Boosters. Debbie also provides consultation services to not-for-profit organizations through the Nonprofit Partnership of Erie.

Debbie is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, having previously served on the Executive Committee of the PICPA Erie Chapter. Her contributions to the field were recognized when she received the 2016 Young Leader Award: PICPA Members to Watch.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania.
